On April, 11, 2009. I went to school to join the cooking organized by our teachers with my friends. The teachers is going to teach us how to make Western refreshment. Miss. Beath is our cooking teacher. She is going to teach us to make a kind of food called Bread and Butter Pudding. I did a very good job, and I can teach this to you. You can do better than me.
We need , before we started,
eggs;
slices of bread(crusts off and buttered);
25g sugar;
150ml milk;
1/2 tsp vanilla extract;
1/2 tsp cinnamon;
25g raisins.
First, we need to cut the bread into fingers; lay them in the bottom of a 600ml glass dish, buttered side up. Sprinkle in raisins and continue the layers. Also, we need to beat together the eggs and the milk. Add the sugar, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Stir well and pour over the bread layers. If necessary, add a little more milk to completely soda the bread. Then, leave to stand for approx. 1 hour so that the bread soaks up all of the flavours. When it form like a thing, microwave on medium power for 4-5 minutes until it begins to set at the edges. Then let it cool down and finally the pudding is completely set.
It’s taste very good. Try it. You will full in love it.
